ECOTHERMS Ceramic Fiber Tape / Rope

Ceramic Fiber Tape / Ceramic Fiber Rope ECOTHERMS are types of ceramic fiber fabrics, designed for insulation and sealing applications at high temperatures. They are made from ceramic fiber, usually reinforced with fiberglass or stainless steel wire to improve mechanical strength and heat resistance.

ECOTHERMS Ceramic Fiber Tape
✅ Features:

• Flat woven strip (similar to thick fabric tape)

• Thickness: ~2–6 mm

• Width: ~20–100 mm or customized

Heat resistance of Ceramic Fiber Tape:

• Reinforced with fiberglass: ~550–650°C

• Reinforced with stainless steel wire: up to 1260°C

• Flexible and easy to wrap around pipes, ducts, or flanges

Available in various types:

• Twisted rope – round and firm, like a cord

• Braided rope – round or square, thicker and stronger

• Knitted rope – flexible and elastic, lower density

• Diameter: typically from 6 mm to 50 mm

Heat resistance of ECOTHERMS Ceramic Fiber Rope:
Similar to ceramic fiber tape, depending on the reinforcement (fiberglass or stainless steel).
