ECOTHERMS Ceramic Board is a rigid insulation material, manufactured from high-purity alumina-silica ceramic fibers, with a maximum service temperature of 1260°C.

Designed for use in high-temperature industrial environments, the product combines excellent thermal insulation performance with high mechanical strength, making it suitable for structural and lining applications where flexible insulation materials such as blanket or paper are not practical.

I. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

ECOTHERMS Ceramic Board is a rigid insulation material manufactured from high-purity alumina-silica ceramic fibers.
It is designed for high-temperature industrial environments, combining excellent thermal insulation with high mechanical strength, making it ideal for structural and lining applications where blanket or paper insulation is not suitable.

II. COMPOSITION & STRUCTURE

  • Material: High-purity alumina (Al₂O₃) and silica (SiO₂) ceramic fibers

  • Bulk Density: 300 – 360 kg/m³

  • Thickness: 25 mm – 50 mm

  • Standard Size: 1000 × 600 mm (custom sizes available)

  • Surface: Smooth, rigid, and uniform

  • Organic binders safely burn off at ~200°C during initial heating

  • Use gloves, goggles, and dust masks when cutting or installing

  • Dispose of waste according to local environmental regulations
