These panels are typically installed in ceiling systems, especially in environments such as meeting rooms, cinemas, recording studios, restaurants, offices, schools, and hospitals, where acoustic comfort and noise control are essential.
I. Detailed Structure
The ECO ACOUSTIC Ceiling Panel is composed of three layers as follows:
1. Rockwool Core

Made from natural mineral fibers (such as basalt and dolomite) melted at high temperatures, then spun into fibers and compressed into panels.

Excellent sound absorption performance, especially in the mid to high-frequency range.

Outstanding thermal insulation and fire resistance due to the non-combustible nature of mineral wool.

Common density range: 80–120 kg/m³ (customizable based on project requirements).
2. Bottom Surface: Glass Fabric

The bottom glass fabric layer helps diffuse sound and enhances acoustic absorption.

Protects the Rockwool core from mechanical impact, dust accumulation, and increases overall durability.

3. Top Surface: Painted Glass Fabric

The top layer is a glass fabric coated with white or black paint, which helps reflect part of the light and evenly disperse sound throughout the space. Other design options include cloud patterns or textured spray finishes for a decorative touch.
